The Fanvil X210 is a sophisticated enterprise IP phone designed for business managers, executives, and professionals who handle medium to high call volumes. This advanced communication device combines powerful functionality with an intuitive interface, making it ideal for reception areas, call centers, and executive offices.

Display System

The X210 features a comprehensive triple-display configuration. The primary 4.3-inch color touchscreen (480 x 272 resolution) serves as the main interface, while two additional 3.5-inch side displays (320 x 480 resolution each) are dedicated to DSS key management. This design provides exceptional visibility and intuitive access to all functions, with screen saver support included.

Programmable DSS Keys

The phone offers up to 106 programmable DSS keys in total—10 on the main display with LED indicators, and 42 physical tri-color LED keys on the side displays. Through 3-page switching, users can access 96 additional DSS keys. These can be customized for BLF monitoring, speed dial, group broadcasting, and other productivity shortcuts.

Keypad & Controls

The 77-key layout includes 4 soft keys, 6 function keys (Hold, Call Forward, Phonebook, MWI, Headset, Redial), 4 navigation keys, 12 digit keys, 3 volume control keys, plus dedicated OK, Return, and hands-free keys.

SIP & Call Features

Supporting 20 SIP lines simultaneously, the X210 includes 3-way conferencing, call waiting, call forwarding (Always/Busy/No Answer), call transfer (attended/unattended), call parking/pickup, caller ID, intercom, Do-Not-Disturb, auto-answering, speed dial, and hot desking. The hotspot function allows it to operate as a mini PBX for small office solutions.

Audio Technology

The phone delivers HD Voice (0-7 kHz frequency response) through HAC-certified handset and hands-free modes. It features a premium Harman speaker with enhanced low-frequency response, full-duplex acoustic echo cancellation, and advanced audio processing including VAD, CNG, BNE, noise reduction, packet loss concealment, and dynamic adaptive jitter buffer up to 300ms.

Audio Codecs

Narrowband codecs include G.711a/u, G.723.1, G.726-32K, G.729AB, AMR, and iLBC. Wideband codecs include G.722, AMR-WB, and Opus for superior voice quality.

Video Integration

H.264 codec support enables receiving video calls at QCIF/CIF/VGA resolutions. The phone integrates with IP cameras and SIP video door phones, allowing two-way video conversations, security monitoring, and remote door unlocking directly from the desk phone.
