The Epson M2170 is a compact A4 monochrome ink tank multifunction printer offering print, scan, and copy for home offices and small workstations. It uses Epson’s heat-free PrecisionCore technology with pigment ink, delivering water and smudge-resistant black text at up to 20 ipm with no warm-up delay. However, unlike the Epson M3170, the M2170 has no fax function and no Ethernet port — it connects via Wi-Fi and USB only, making it the leaner, lighter option for individual desk use.
